First Visit

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. Click here to download and complete your New Patient Information forms before your visit.

Our office procedures are unique, in the sense that we look at the whole body and the individual to make recommendations. We do not treat disease or diagnosis, we treat the whole person. We take into consideration the nutrition, emotional, energy, subluxations, traumas and toxins of each patient when suggesting a health plan. Our goal is to educate and help you to understand what it is you need, to be the healthiest you can be. We also understand that it is your body, your health, and your choice, on how you decide what is right for you.

We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. Since many of our procedures may be considered as Wellness Care by your insurance carrier, we cannot guarantee that any or all of the services will be covered by your insurance. However, many of our patients do receive generous benefits and reimbursements for our care. We do not file your insurance claim for you, but we do provide you with a completed insurance form. So that if you do have coverage, you will be reimbursed promptly by your carrier. If any insurance payments are sent to our office in error, we will promptly issue you reimbursement.

Chiropractic Adjustments are available for established patients after a new patient history and exam are completed.

Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete review of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
